Who wrote this

Hi, I’m Victoria. I’m an engineer in San Francisco, not an AI researcher or a policy person. I use AI pretty much every day, and I’m not against it.

I started this after realizing how few people around me knew what recent AI safety tests had shown. That gap between what’s happening and what people have heard is why this site exists.

How I put it together

I’d been thinking about this for a long time, and it took me about a month to put together. I read news reporting, research papers, official records and legal summaries. Every claim on this site links to its source, so you don’t have to take my word for anything.

When something is a lab test or a forecast instead of something that really happened, I label it that way. I’m sure I got some things wrong or missed things. If you spot one, tell me and I’ll fix it.
